Welcome to your New Home. It is important to us at Checkmate that your buying experience was a good one. To help us find out whether it was we'd like to ask you to take a few minutes to complete a short questionnaire of only 16 multi choice questions. Your answers will be invaluable in helping us identifying how the process might be improved.

Your answers will be kept completely confidential and will not be shared with anybody in a form that could identify you. We will use the information only to monitor whether builders who have chosen our warranty are complying with our Consumer Code for Builder of New Homes.
