Checkmate are delighted to confirm that with effect from the 1st September 2010 Yorkshire Building Society group have confirmed acceptance of the Castle 10 new home warranty provided by Checkmate.
The group incorporates:

- Chelsea Building Society
- Barnsley Building Society
- Accord Mortgages
Our discussions continue with the remaining mortgage lenders and I hope to bring you some additional positive news over the next few weeks.
Together with the major lenders who have already offered us their approval this clearly demonstrates that Castle 10 is acceptable to mortgage lenders as a new home warranty policy and that we just need to go through the relevant due diligence with them to identify the cover it affords them and their customers. As a reminder the mortgage lenders who already accept Castle 10 are:
