Checkmate are pleased to confirm that Checkmate has been given the status of Designated Warranty Provider by the Department for Communities & Local Government under the Warranty Link Rule.

This means that any of our Developer, Builder/Developer or Contractor customers that wish to work with an Approved Inspector for Building Control purposes many now do so alongside our Castle 10 new home warranty.

In addition, the Construction Industry Council has confirmed that Castle 10 now appears as a designated warranty on their website.
