Checkmate are delighted to confirm that Lloyds HBoS and Northern Rock have confirmed acceptance of the Castle 10 new home warranty.
Lloyds Banking Group
You will recall that I confirmed our approval from Lloyds Banking Group a few weeks ago but explained that they had some internal communications to complete prior to their branch network being able to accept mortgage applications. I am pleased to confirm this process is now complete and Lloyds will welcome mortgage applications on new homes with a Castle 10 new home warranty.
Northern Rock
I am delighted to be able to confirm that Northern Rock have given their approval to Castle 10. Like many of the other major lenders they have some internal processes to complete before they are in a position to accept mortgage applications on new homes with a Castle 10 new home warranty. I will confirm as soon as I can that applications will be accepted.
