Premium Indication - Step 1
Premium Indication
Thank you for choosing a Checkmate Premium Indication for your structural warranty insurance. Before you start we must explain a little about the process and what a Premium Indication is.

If you are already a Checkmate Member, please click here to login.

A Premium Indication is an opportunity for you to find out quickly what the likely cost of a structural warranty insurance could be based on the information you provide. A Premium Indication is not an offer of insurance and therefore you must not assume that insurance cover will be available on the basis of the Premium Indication. For insurance cover to be offered a formal invoice (quotation) will need to be issued first.

In some circumstances it may not be possible for us to give you a Premium Indication immediately and the information you provide will be referred to one of our underwriters for review. If this is the case you will be informed during the Premium Indication process and one of team will get in touch with you at the earliest opportunity to discuss your requirements in detail.

We can only provide structural warranty insurance for full Members of Checkmate so the Membership process must be completed by all relevant parties before an invoice (quotation) for the structural warranty insurance can be issued or accepted.

The Premium Indication process is designed to give you an indicative cost without having to complete the Membership process first; therefore saving you time and cost.

Please click here to view or download our Guide to Membership which explains the Membership process in more detail.
