Santander Approves Castle 10 New Home Warranty

Checkmate would like to confirm that the Santander group have now approved Castle 10 New Home Warranty for mortgage purposes on new residential homes.
Santander has stated that although the approval is in place, there are some internal communications which have to be completed over the next few weeks before they are able to accept any mortgage applications on a new home with a Castle 10 new home warranty. As soon as this process is complete I will write again to confirm that mortgage applications involving a Castle 10 new home warranty will then be treated in the normal way.
