Checkmate are delighted to confirm that with immediate effect RBS / NatWest have granted Checkmate’s Castle 10 new home warranty approval for mortgage purposes. The bank has some internal communications to complete with its staff which it anticipates will be finalised by 1st January 2011. In the meantime they are happy to accept mortgage applications but a referral to their head office may be required if the local branch has not yet been made aware of this approval.
Checkmate now has approval from 90% of the UK lending mortgage lenders by market share according to the Council Mortgage Lenders figures published earlier this year.
