The team at Checkmate are delighted to be able to confirm that we have now received written approval for our Castle 10 New Home Warranty Policy from the Barclays Bank / Woolwich group.
They anticipate this will be added to their group policy documents by late August / early September and will confirm to us when this is complete. This will allow mortgage applications on new homes with a Castle 10 new home warranty policy to be approved; subject of course to their usual mortgage underwriting requirements.
Barclays / Woolwich now join the growing list of other mortgage lenders who have confirmed acceptance of the Castle 10 New Home Warranty Policy; these include:

- National Counties Building Society
- The Mortgage Works
- Just Retirement
- Cheshire Building Society
- Derbyshire Building Society
- Principality Building Society
- Dunfermline Building Society
- New Life Mortgages
